At Nail in Memory, we want you to be happy with your press-on nails. Please read our return and exchange policy below:
Return Policy:
We accept returns of unopened and unused press-on nails within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, please return the product with the purchase receipt or order number. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Exchange Policy:
If you receive press-on nails with any quality issues or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We offer a free exchange service. Exchange items will be sent upon receipt and verification of the original products.
Notes:
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned and exchanged products must be in their original packaging and unused.

How to Apply

Clean and Prep: Clean your nails with alcohol wipes and gently push back cuticles.

Select the Right Size: Choose press-on nails that match the size of your natural nails.

Apply Glue or Tabs: Apply a small amount of glue or adhesive tabs to your natural nail.

Press and Hold: Place the press-on nail at the base of your cuticle and press down firmly for 10-30 seconds.

Shape and Finish: File the edges if needed, and optionally, apply a clear topcoat.
